I am an investor who has worked hard to earn money and save for retirement. I am 63 years old and do my own investing. I do NOT want the rules changed on buying leveraged and inverse funds. The SEC needs to do the job of stopping illegal activity such as insider trading and ponzi schemes. Don't try and make decisions on what investors should buy.
