I strongly disagree the proposed rules that I find intrusive and believe will result into reduced choices for informed investors. I use leveraged / inverse funds effectively to reduce the portfolio risk and enhance returns. I fully understand these products and make these choices independently. I do not believe SEC needs to interfere with my investment process or philosophy.
