Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very concerned about a proposal to take away my right to buy leveraged and inverse funds, e.g. like TQQQ, which I have used for years to gain a better return than available with ordinary funds. I understand the risks and don't want the SEC to limit my use of such funds. In fact, it is not the Government's role to make such decisions for free citizens of the U.S. I don't mind signing a certification that I'm a qualified investor, but that's as far as I would be willing to go. Please continue to let me make my own investment decisions. Thank you
