To Whom it May Concern:
I am writing to express my concerns regarding SEC proposed Rule #S7-24-15. I feel that I should have the write to independently make financial decisions on my own behalf and that the capacity to purchase leveraged funds falls within that purview.
I feel that leveraged funds give me the capacity for enhanced returns and also help balance my portfolio. I feel that I have the capacity to understand leveraged funds and can determine my own level of risk that I am willing to absorb, without the interference of a third party. I feel that the public markets should be accessible to all and that the government should not interfere with my right to be invested in said market.
