I use leveraged funds as part of my portfolio to help manage risks and increase yield. There is no effort on anyone's part to try to mislead investors into thinking that there aren't additional and different risks involved with leveraged funds.
It is important to me to be able to trade leveraged and inverse funds. I do not believe there should be regulation or any third party involved with my investment decisions, all investment vehicles available should be available to everyone. Any limitations would harm the efficiency and openness of the market.
Please do not limit my ability to trade leveraged and inverse funds.
