To the staff members at the SEC,
Please take into consideration that leveraged ETFs are an IMPORTANT if not VITAL part of many investor portfolios as they are an easy and manageable way for investors to hedge risk which otherwise wouldn't be permissible without the use of financial derivatives that are complex and require much larger amounts of capital.
Let's protect investors by allowing them to better be able to manage their money, not by banning the use of products that are in the market for a reason
