I’m just a retired guy trying to make it.

This new rule clearly will effect some of my CEF investments.

I tried muddling thru much of the SEC 478 page document on new rule 18F-4……wowza, the fog index overflowed!

Do you think maybe a clearer, simpler, everyday guy version of this new rule and its effects on CEF’s or other assets could be prepared for us??
