Levered ETF's are a good product to have access too. Do not interfere with them. As a small investor, I need access to them at times. Technical factors of daily functions and rebalancing are well known to most people who trade these instruments and to bad for those who don't. Shame on them. Stop HFT if you really want to do some good.
