Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

I am perfectly capable of managing my own money and assessment of risk. I understand the consequences of the market and still choose to invest I thank the sec for their concern but I can manage my stock I check my stock over 5 times - 10 times a day.
