Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: To whom it may concern, This letter is in regard to the regulations proposed. I make around 100,000.00 a year and do not over invest in overly high risk assets. I check my account daily. I know full well the risks involved in this asset class. It should be up to the consumer on the decisions.on their money... DO YOU REGULATE SCRATCHERS? OR LOTTERY TICKETS? OR CASINOS? Do you have buyers of these check to see if they qualify to take on that risk? Unreal money is risked and lost with these gambling shams... the chances of winning are well known. RIDICULOUS, regulating investments such as what is being proposed here. Leave us do with our money what we wish! It is our money. John Spanton
