Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

I purchase "DIREXION DAILY SEMI BULL 3X (SOXL)" every month. This product is wonderful and attractive. I plan to hold it for more than 10 years. 
Never discontinue or regulate this product. 
I strongly oppose it.
