Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Risks in leveraged products losses can and will be likely in markets when liquidity is lacking. Investors should never risk what they can't afford to lose. Last I checked no one can get a physical stock certificate without paying a huge premium, question? If you can't hold it do you really own it.
