Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: This proposed rule impedes the supposed “free market” we live in. It will forever taint the image of our market and the SEC. Don’t pass this. We’ll just make new financial instruments, as we are more intelligent than the disgraced organization called the “SEC”.
