Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I, the entitled shareholder of Rafferty Assets Management, LLC, am fully aware of all of the risk management I assume henceforth from the day I purchased shares. I regulate all of my assets on a daily basis through proper risk analysis, chart coding, and newsletter information. I recommend that the SEC does NOT regulate how we the shareholders are required to submit personal financial information for owning such stock.
