Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am very aware of the risks associated with L&I Funds. I am new to investing but I understand how it works and also how ETFs work. I am self investing via Robinhood and I monitor my stocks daily. I also follow the latest news via CNBC, Investor's Business Daily and Yahoo Finance regarding changes and new opportunities in the market and in the business world. With that being said, I did miss the news that Direxion was liquidating some of its ETF stocks and therefore I wasn't able to trade my RUSS and GASX stocks, inverse stocks that seemed promising as the COVID 19 recession is hitting the economy in full force. I don't want to lose the ability to buy leveraged and inversed funds and I hope this proves that I am very well aware of what I am doing. Please let me know as soon as possible if the case remains the same.
