Use of leveraged ETFs is a necessary hedge and risk management tool used by traders, both professional and daily traders to achieve necessary returns during volatile markets, such as we are experiencing during the COVID 19 pandemic. The use of leveraged ETFs are are absolutely essential to limit risk by industry and via the indices. I use leveraged ETFs to control risk in the commodity markets, by country, to hedge against war risk, pandemic, weather, and extreme market gyrations. Retaining leveraged ETFs is necessary as a risk management tool.
