Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in public comment in opposition to requiring brokers to obtain more data from clients before executing trades on derivatives or other investments. This requirement runs counter to the concept of discount brokers, namely allowing small investors to make their own decisions without interference from advisors. Advisors add cost and provide little or even negative value to independent decision-makers who drive out nation’s economic growth.

Respectfully,

John Fang
