Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I believe we should be able to take responsibility for our own actions and invest in levered funds if we would like to. I believe every investor should be held accountable for the risks, and should also be able to invest in things with potentially higher rewards as well. I and everyone else I know that invests in leveraged funds is fully aware of the risks and the decay from greater volatility. We should not be limited from using these tools to generate excess returns, despite the greater risks. 80% of small businesses fail - that to me is a greater risk, yet almost anyone can start that.
