Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am very aware of the risk in buying leveraged and inverse funds and am willing to take the risk. I think as long as the individual has been told what the risk are, it is up to the individual rather they want to risk their money. Some times it turns to a loss but a lot of times it is a profit as well.
