Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to you today to ask kindly not to restrict the use/ability to trade L&I funds. In the last couple of years, I have found L&I funds to be a wonderful addition to my portfolio. I discourage the notion that any trader who uses L&I funds in their portfolio do not understand the risks associated with them. I myself read the prospectus every time I receive one and monitor my account regularly. One of the things I love about investing is the ability to use a multitude of tools to grow my money. Again, please do not take away L&I funds; a wonderful trading tool for us personal investors. I couldn't imagine how stagnant my portfolio would become without them. Thank you for your consideration.
