Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I really do not need any more paperwork, but if that's what it takes I would do it begrudgingly in order to still trade the ETF. I consider it an integral part of my investment strategy. If because of your onerous proposed rules my broker decides not to offer such funds, then you have in effect killed off an investment option and possibly had an extremely adverse affect on the funds price. Please do not "help" me.
