Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please keep these funds openly available. These funds allow me to make up for lost time without the risk of losing money beyond what I have put in... All stock investments are risky - simply stating that it is leveraged tells me everything I need to know. When I am right, I'll win bigger, and when I'm wrong I will lose bigger - those are the risks we accept as part of the trade. Regards, Matt Turzo
