Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do NOT limit my (and others) ability to purchase leveraged and inverse funds. Frankly, I find these funds invaluable, and any attempt to limit my access to them is clearly another attempt of the "big boys" to keep the cream for themselves totally against basic American freedom principles.
