Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

To properly be able to invest, the use of inverse funds is imperative. I am capable of understanding the requirements to use these instruments. I find the attempt to curtail the use of these inverse funds an infringement on capital markets, an infringement on my freedom—to use these markets, and an insult of my intelligence! One has to wonder if this is an attempt to further limit the middle class use of financially protective techniques!
Do not further regulate a financial instrument ( inverse Funds) with more burdensome requirements—limitations are already burdensome!
