Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am fully understand leveraged and inverse funds. I have used these products with great success over time to enhance my portfolio. I am concerned the proposed new regulation could adversely impact my ability to meet my retirement planning and other investment goals. Regards, Joel Surette
