Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: As an owner and user of leveraged and inverse funds, I appreciate the unique characteristics these products provide. They are easily understood by the average individual and are certainly less complicated than the finances of the typical publicly traded corporation. Markets work best when individual decision making and responsibility are among their core principles. Don't encumber the markets or these securities in particular with additional regulations on their usage. Regards, John Legg
