Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am a big fan of leveraged funds that are currently available. I understand that they come with certain risks, but like any financial instrument or product, I am able to gauge those risks and weigh them against my risk profile. I can understand that an investor may need to opt-in to access to some of these funds - not unlike trading futures or options - but I think it's important to allow investors the freedom to make their own choices. I strongly hope these products aren't taken away from me through regulation. Regards, Erik Emri
