Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I want to have the option and freedom to buy inverse and leveraged funds at my secretion, not the SEC'S. The thought that that is a possibility is not democratic and is insulting to an investor. You members of the SEC have no right to make my investment decisions.
