Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: These funds provide a hedging vehicle against market downturns similar to the one that occurred in 2008/09. It took me 5 years for my 401k and IRAs recoup those losses. i was not aware of these types of funds back then but I am now and use them to protect myself.
