Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and allow me to seek enhanced returns and protect my investment portfolio. I am very capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds, just like any other higher risk investments, so I don't want or need any third party evaluating my capabilities, or preventing me from buying them. I believe that we as a nation should preserve the long-standing free public markets where qualified investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy and sell public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on our choices.
