Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I want to voice my opinion that the SEC should not impose any new restrictions on leveraged fund availability and purchase. I, and many others like me, are fully capable of making investment decisions and leveraged funds are another facet of our free markets that we all should have access to. Regards, Marcus Romanowski
