Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Investors should be given the ability to diversify their portfolio as they see fit. This fund acts as a way to hedge their broader portfolio to minimize losses in a down market (much like what is going on now with the CoronaVirus and the market). Meddling with the market in this way by government does not allow the free-market to find ways to counterbalance and adjust accordingly. This fund allows for such balance as a part of a comprehensive investment plan. Regards, Michael Santos
