Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am strongly opposed to the SEC proposal to limit access to leveraged and inverse funds. The phrase "caveat emptor" comes to mind when I think about this. The consumer (investor) should know what they're doing or suffer the consequences when investing their money. Regards, Craig Bane
