Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I use leveraged funds to help supplement my income. I have been investing in leveraged funds for about four years. I understand the risks and benefits associated with leveraged funds (any stock for that matter) and don't see a need for further government regulations on the type of publicly traded stocks I choose to invest in. These funds are important to myself and others and I believe we need to preserve the right and freedom to buy public securities without additional government regulations.
