Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

To whom it may concern,

After becoming aware of the recent proposed regulations, I am writing to make known the concerns I have.

Paramount of my concerns is the preservation of the long-standing free public markets, where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without unreasonable government-imposed limitations on investor choice.

Leveraged and inverse funds are an important option for investors to seek enhanced returns and/or diversification to protect an investment portfolio.

As with any investment, leveraged and inverse funds contain risk and unique performance characteristics, characteristics and risk investors are fully capable of understanding and assessing. It is unnecessary for a 3rd party, specifically the government or agents thereof, to evaluate an investors capability to do so and potentially prevent investors from buying leveraged and inverse funds.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Regards,
Hollis Sullivan
