Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Enter your comments here.I am against the SEC putting restrictions on the type of investments I may make. I can make my own judgments. In my case, I have a MBA with a concentration in finance and investments. I am a CFA and CFP and spent 35 years in the investment management business. I think I have the ability to make proper risk/reward judgments. My background doesn't apply to everyone. However, I should not be restricted just to protect the masses. There should be a balanced approach. I view leveraged and inverse funds as another tool to help me manage my overall risk exposure. The SEC does know my investments and shouldn't try to manage them for me. Back off.
