Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds help me to protect my portfolio. I live off my investments and I need the ability to help protect my portfolio in both up and down times. Furthermore, the government already imposes too many limitations in many ways besides just investor choices. We need to regain and keep our freedoms. Regards, Jane Chaplin
