Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been a long time self investor in leveraged and inverse funds, at times gaining and at times losing. These funds are a real big peace of my investment strategy, mostly for hedging purposes. I understand the operation of these funds very well and it would be very counterproductive and unfair to limit my ability to trade these funds. I feel i'm not only speaking for myself but for the majority of self directed investors. as long as the issuers of these funds state clearly what their objective is please let us make our own decisions.
