Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: This rule will cost me a significant amount of money. I have invested a significant amount of money in TQQQ and QLD. As a result of these investments, I will be able to retire at 60 instead of 65. I can understand the inverse 3x funds, but please do not take away my ability to invest in 3x funds. I am a computer engineer and leveraged funds are important to me. Furthermore, if the SEC outlaws leveraged funds, I'm pretty sure some other country will allow them. I'd rather buy leveraged funds from a company in the USA then a sketchy company from China or a similar country. Please do not regulate 2x or 3x leveraged index funds. Regards, Christopher Bergstrom
