Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I Strongly disagree with your proposal to put any restrictions to buying leveraged and inverse fund. These funds are very important to my investment strategy and give me opportunities that would require much more time if I was required to do the same things in other ways. They allow me to seek returns the returns I am targeting with the addition of portfolio protection. I am very capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds. I understand and desire their performance characteristics in my personal portfolio. I do not want or need a third party evaluating my capability to do this task and potentially preventing me from buying these important investment vehicles. I do not feel it is right for the government to impose more regulations on my investment practices and want to maintain the century old practice of individual investors being allowed to buy public securities without additional and tiresome restrictions.
