Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me. They have significantly added to my returns. I am capable of understanding ti risk of these funds (aptly pointed out by my brokers). These important investment tools should not be unduly restricted for the normal investor.
