Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have owned leveraged fund Proshairs Ultra QQQ for many years. It has been a very profitable investment. I’m informed that the SEC is considering a new regulation that will affect my ability to invest in such funds. Any such regulation will be unnecessarily burdensome and are totally undesirable.
