Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: This is very unfair that after more than 10 years all of a sudden SEC is concerned about ProShares funds. This looks very suspicious and I feel their are ulterior motives behind this proposal. Please do not interfere in our rights to decide how to invest our money We want to make our own investment decisions and SEC should not stop them from doing so. Regards, Syed Hoda
