Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been waiting since 2008 to unload these shares of shorts. They first did a reverse split taking away all their value and now you want to limit them so no one else will buy them right as the market falls and so the price can not increase, I pray that you are able to satisfy your addiction to control and I hope when your recycled that your reborn in a country that is addicted to control as you are.
