Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am new to trading and have found that open free access to leveraged and inverse funds is a great way for me to experience positive outcomes. I do not agree with the SEC or any other government agency limiting free and open trading of these type stocks. Please considering leaving these funds alone and allow investors to continue making their choices without government interference. Regards, Kevin Seabury
