Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: As a small investor this proposal would most likely block my ability to invest in these funds. Currently, these funds have been an opportunity for me to enhance my earnings and offer some diversity to my small portfolio. As a small investor I understand the risk involved with these funds. I feel this proposal puts restraints on my freedom to invest as I wish. Please reconsider this proposal for the sake of a small investor as myself. Regards, Norbert Forthoffer
