Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am opposed to any limitations to allow me to purchase leveraged and inverse exchange traded funds. I am capable of understanding how they work, and object to any proposed government interference in allowing me to purchase them in the future. Regards, Robin Rock
