Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me to be able to get enhanced returns and protect myself from volatility in the market. Please do not allow my trading choices to be limited with this proposed rule. We do not need any more limitations on our investment choices. Regards, Ty Messerli
