Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I like to trade leveraged and inverse funds. In early 2019, My broker (Vanguard) restricted the buying of these funds. At this point, I am preparing to move my money to a broker that does allow these funds to be traded. I would prefer to be able to trade these funds with Vanguard. I am in favor of a regulation that would prevent a broker from restricting the trading of these funds. Regards, rayborn Eason
