Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I disagree with this proposed rule. I understand that investing in leveraged funds has risks greater than investing in either and ETF fund or each of the individual companies. I see leveraged funds as an option to investing specifically in options. I prefer to not risk with the higher ratio as required when purchasing or puts or calls, but do wish to a little higher exposure than investing directly in an ETF. Furthermore, I do enjoy being able to in inverse funds when timing warrants that short term investment as opposed to shorting a large number of stocks. Regards, Robert Boseant
